Terms of Service

Levant Mediterranean Fusion is the seller and the merchant of record for every order placed here. Your agreement for the food is with us, and we alone are responsible for making it, for refunding it, and for the sales tax on it. The ordering software is licensed from Corvus POS and card payments are handled by Stripe. Neither company sells you food, prepares it, or is a party to your order.

When you finish checkout, your card is authorized for the order total. We then confirm that every item is still available and that your pickup time still has room. The charge only completes once that check passes. If it fails, the authorization is released, you are not charged, and we let you know.

Prices are in US dollars. The checkout summary shows your item total, any applicable sales tax, and any tip you choose to add before you pay. That total is the amount we charge. Menu prices can change at any time; the price shown when you order is the price that applies to that order. Tips are optional and go to the crew.

Orders are for pickup at the truck. We do not deliver. Bring your order number. We hold a finished order for ⁨45 minutes⁩ after the pickup time you chose, or until we close for the day, whichever comes first. After that, the food is discarded for food-safety reasons and the order is forfeited — an uncollected order is not refunded.

We may refuse or cancel any order for a lawful reason — an item selling out, equipment failure, weather, a change of service location, suspected fraud, or abusive conduct toward our crew. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

All of our food is prepared on one food truck, in one shared space, with shared equipment and shared utensils. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of any allergen, including wheat, dairy, sesame, soy, eggs, tree nuts, and peanuts. Cross-contact is possible with every item on the menu.

Our menu does not carry allergen labeling, and ingredients can change without notice when suppliers change. Notes and special requests added to an order are requests, not guarantees. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, speak with us before you order and use your own judgment about whether to eat with us.

Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to place an order. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly accept orders from them.

To the fullest extent permitted by Alabama law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts of Alabama.

We may update these terms. The version in force at the moment you place an order is the version that governs that order, and we record that version number with the order so it can always be identified. The current version and its effective date are shown at the bottom of this page.
