Privacy Policy

We collect your name, phone number, email address, the items in your order, your chosen pickup time, your order total and tip, and a record that the payment succeeded. We use it to prepare your food, to tell you when it is ready, to answer questions about the order, and to keep the sales records that tax law requires.

We never see your card. Card numbers, expiry dates, and security codes are entered into Stripe's own payment form and go directly to Stripe. They never reach Levant's servers or the servers of our ordering software. What comes back to us is confirmation that the payment succeeded and a reference we can use to issue a refund.

If you apply through our careers form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, desired position, availability, your resume, and anything you write in the message field. It is used only to evaluate your application. Applications are forwarded to our management system for review and are not stored on this website.

We share information only with the companies that make this site and our ordering work. They process it on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes.

Order and payment records are kept for ⁨7 years⁩, because federal and Alabama tax and accounting law requires it. Job application data lives in our management system, not on this website. Web request logs are kept by our hosting provider on their own schedule.

Email us and tell us what you would like removed. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold about you. We will confirm by email when it is done.

Here is exactly what happens, because it is not a straight deletion. We strip your name, phone number, and email address out of your past orders and replace them with a redaction marker, and we unlink those orders from you. After that the order can no longer be traced back to you.

We do not delete the orders themselves. The date, the amount, the tax, and the payment reference stay on file for ⁨7 years⁩, because we are legally required to keep those financial records. This is the one part of your information we cannot erase on request.

This site stores your language choice so the pages stay in the language you picked, and a short-lived cookie that links your browser to your shopping cart while you are ordering. Both are necessary for the site to work. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not sell or share, a Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser has nothing to opt you out of. If that ever changes, we will honor the signal and say so here first.

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. You must be at least 18 to place an order. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy. The current version and its effective date are shown at the bottom of this page, and the version in force when you place an order is recorded with that order.
